Benefit Advisors, Inc. provides benefits administration and computer services to unions and jointly managed trust funds. The firm currently provides administration and computer services to Taft-Hartley Health Care, Defined Benefit Pension, Defined Contribution, 401(k) and SUB Plans. We are dedicated to providing customized, innovative solutions with personalized service.
We utilize customized state-of-the-art fringe benefit software that is maintained on-site and can be customized to your needs and includes secure Internet access for participants to real-time eligibility, contribution and benefit information. The software gives us the capability to provide administrative services to small as well as large Taft-Hartley Health Care, Pension, Defined Contribution, SUB and Vacation Plans.
Administrative Office - We provide an updated office, staffed by qualified employee benefit specialists. We provide a conference room and readily accessible reception area for greeting of participants and other fund guests. Where larger conference areas are needed we supply appropriate accommodations. We will supply appropraite storage space for all files, documents, minutes of meetings, correspondence, insurance forms, and government filings.
Trustee Meetings- A qualified administrator will attend all full board, committee and other meetings necessary for the proper administration of the fund. We prepare all minutes of the meeting and mail a final set to the Trustees.
Correspondence Tracking - We maintain an online method for recording all correspondence between plan particpants, their dependents, employers, and plan administrative personel. These might include phone conversations, face-to-face discussions, and incoming and outgoing mail. This module also provides the ability to record the receipt of specific required information or documents (as in pension application and participant letter tracking).
Computer Systems - Maintain updated hardware and software necessary for the proper administration of multi-employer fringe benefit plans.
Employer Contributions - Our systems provide electronic and manual contributions input, extensive delinquency and late penalty calculations and reporting, and payroll audit support. We provide real-time online secure access to contribution history by participants in addition to generation of monthly member status reports.
